How it works

  2. You pay for the packStart, Business or VIP: the service fee gets your request moving.
  3. You receive the quoteWe check availability and prices with the airline, then send you the total and a payment link.
  4. We book everythingOnce you pay, the services are added to your ticket and you receive the confirmation.

What it costs

The service fee depends on the pack: Start at 19 € (1 service, up to 2 PNRs, reply within 24 h), Business at 39 € (2 services, up to 4 PNRs, within 12 h) or VIP at 69 € (3 services and 6 PNRs included, then €15 per extra service or PNR, within 4 h). The number of passengers does not change the price. The price of the services themselves is shown in the quote and paid after you agree.

The price of the services (bag, seat, insurance…) is not included: it appears in the quote you will receive, and you only pay it once you have accepted.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add baggage to my Hainan Airlines flight booked through an online travel agency?

Yes. We only need the booking reference (PNR) and the passenger name exactly as it appears on the ticket. EasyVola makes the request for your Hainan Airlines flight and sends you the price in a quote.
