What EasyVola does
EasyVola is an online service that adds extra services to a flight you have already booked: extra baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, travel insurance, special assistance, pets on board, meals, sports equipment, musical instruments, business lounge access and refund requests. You give us your booking and our team deals with the airline.
You keep the ticket you bought elsewhere. We do not sell flights: we only add services to an existing booking, with your agreement and after you have accepted a quote.

Our team answers 7 days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm UTC, in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.
Our independence
EasyVola is an intermediary independent of the airlines and of the booking platforms. We are paid only by the service fee you choose (Start, Business or VIP), never by a commission hidden in the price of a service.
