Service fee
If you cancel before we have started working on your request, the service fee is refunded in full.
Once we have started (your request shows "In progress" or a quote has been sent), the work covered by the fee has been done and the fee is not refundable.
If we are unable to send you a quote for any of the services requested, the service fee is refunded in full.
Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. By asking us to start immediately, you agree that we begin before that period ends; if you then cancel, we may keep an amount in proportion to the work already carried out.
Services paid through a quote
Once a service has been booked with the airline or the provider, its refund depends on their conditions. Many extras are non-refundable. We tell you in the quote when this is the case.
If we cannot book a service you have paid for, we refund its price in full.

Write to contact@easyvola.com with your request reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
